WEB ANALYTICS:
The Web Analytics section aggregates your Shopify web analytics to give an overview of user behavior on your site including Users, Page Views, Session Duration, and Conversion Rates:
Key Metrics:
- Users: Daily unique visitors to your website.
- Sessions: Daily sessions your website.
- New User Share: Share of your daily unique visitors that are new to your website. This number may differ from what you see in GA as Black Crow has better user identification than Google.
- Pages Per Session:Total pages / daily sessions.
- Session Duration: Duration of the average daily session. Metric above is minutes and seconds; the chart below is total seconds.
- Conversion Rate: Purchasers / daily unique visitors.
Marketing Platforms
The Marketing Platforms section shows a summary view of your Marketing Performance across all of your connected paid channels. If you are missing any channels, you can always connect additional platforms through our integrations page:
Key Metrics:
- Total Impressions: Ad impressions across all connected platforms.
- Blended CPM: Spend / (ad impressions / 1000).
- Total Clicks: Ad clicks across all connected platforms.
- Blended CPC: Spend / ad clicks.
- Spend By Channel: Spend for all connected ad platforms; see our Integrations page for connected platforms and integration links. Spend is reported in the account currency.
- Platform Purchase Value by Channel: Purchase value for all connected ad platforms, reported in the account currency.
- Platform ROAS by Channel:Platform purchase value / spend.
Attribution
The Attribution section provides a Multi-touch attribution view to provide a holistic understanding of your marketing impact across your channels and for your campaigns/ad sets/ads:
Channel View:
- Compare channels by in platform Revenue, Purchases, and ROAS to attributed revenue, purchases, and ROAS.
- Break out performance for new customers as well as your predicted lifetime value on each new customer.
- Black Crow uses fractional attribution, which means an order that is preceded by multiple marketing touchpoints will have credit for that order distributed across those touchpoints, according to the selected attribution type. Platform View:
- Compare campaigns, ad sets, and even ads by in platform Revenue, Purchases, and ROAS to attributed revenue, purchases, and ROAS

Enhanced CAPI
Black Crow’s Enhanced CAPI (Smart ID) feature helps our partner's provide paid channels like Meta with more data-enriched events, resulting in overall campaign improvements. Our Enhanced CAPI improves upon the Meta CAPI by enriching your upper funnel events that Meta is typically not able to match back to their ID Graph. By enriching these upper funnel events, you'll see an improvement to your Event Match Quality Scores (EMQ Scores) and, over time, Meta's bid algorithm.
