Platform Migration

Our team is happy to migrate our products to another platform if you are changing email/SMS providers. Below you can find the supported platforms for our products, as well as the steps for a platform migration.

NOTE: Your flows/sign up units MUST be live in your new platform for our team to process the migration.

Migration Steps

1. Complete your migration to your new Email/SMS platform, including setting up flows/popup units. (Flows and units must be LIVE in order to set up Black Crow products.)
2. Grant access to Black Crow to your new platform.

3. Submit a Platform Migration Form
4. The Black Crow support team will receive the request and process the migration.
