Getting Started with Black Crow’s Full Funnel Optimization

Welcome to Black Crow AI Storefronts — our new Full Funnel Optimization product designed to supercharge performance across your entire marketing funnel. Follow the simple steps below to get started:

  1. Install the Black Crow Shopify App
  2. Provide Meta Ads Access

 

 

Step 1 - Install the Black Crow Shopify App

In order to help you connect your Shopify e-commerce store to Black Crow's platform, we've built a Shopify app that you can install with just a few clicks.

  1. Start by navigating to the Black Crow App in the Shopify App store here.
  2. Click the 'Install' button.
  3. You will be brought to a Shopify page - please click the "Install" button.
  4. Upon installing, you will be redirected to a Black Crow page, which outlines the one further step required to complete your integration.

  5. On the Black Crow page, please click Shopify Admin (this will redirect you back into Shopify to make sure our app is enabled).

  6. Verify that the toggle button on the left side of the screen is ON (it is ON by default) - this allows Black Crow to load. If you had to toggle it on, click on the "Save" button on the top right corner of the page.

  7. Confirm the app is installed by viewing it from the Apps page in your Shopify admin.

After you've installed the app, we'll automatically be notified and complete setup on our platform. While this is in progress, you can continue to Step 2.

 

Step 2 - Meta Ads Access

Manage Campaign Access

1) In the Meta Business Suite, click on the “Settings” gear in the bottom-left corner.

2) Now that you’re in “Settings”, click on “Partners” in the menu bar on the left, under “Users”.

3) You’ll see a blue “Add” button above the partner list. Click on that, and select “Give a partner access to your assets”.

4) Enter our business ID in “Partner business ID”, which is 384209899462756. Click “Next”.

5) The asset you want to share with us is your ad account (or accounts), so click on “Ad accounts” under “Select asset type”. Choose the account (or accounts) that you wish to share with us under “Select assets”, and under “Ad account” please toggle “Manage campaigns (ads)”. “Manage Ad Account” is fine too, if you prefer, but we do need manage campaigns access at least in order to create our audiences.

6) Click “Assign assets”.

7) You’re done! You’ll see a notification telling you the assets were assigned successfully.

Once the above steps are complete:

  • Our team will send you a Slack invite.

  • You’ll receive login access to our new Storefronts Portal:
    👉 storefronts.blackcrow.ai
