Alia - Platform Access

Method 1 (Preferred - Staff seat for Black Crow AI in Shopify)

Note: This method takes a Staff seat in Shopify. If you do not have any remaining Staff seats to provide, please go to Method 2 below.

1. Login to Shopify.
2. Click Settings.

3. Click Users and permissions.

4. Click “Add staff”.
5. Enter “Black” as the First Name.
6. Enter “Crow” as the Last Name.
7. Enter [e-mail] as the Email.
8. Provide View permissions for Orders and Products.
9. Provide App permissions for Alia.
10. Click Send Invite.
11. Please let your Black Crow AI contact or [e-mail] know that you've sent the invite.

Method 2 (if you cannot spare a Staff seat for Black Crow AI in Shopify - Collaborator access)

1. Let your Black Crow AI contact or [e-mail] know that you have no more Staff seats in Shopify to share in order to provide Alia access. Black Crow AI will have to request access to your store as a collaborator. If your store requests a Collaborator Request Cod in order for a collaborator request to be sent, please share the Collaborator Request Code with Black Crow AI.

2. When Black Crow AI requests access to your store as a collaborator, you should get an email letting you know that access has been requested that looks like this.

3. Either click View request in that email OR login to Shopify and go to Settings > Users and permissions to review our access.

4. Click "Review request".

5. Ensure “Manage and install apps and channels is checked”.

6. Scroll down and click "Save".

7. Please let your Black Crow AI contact or [e-mail] know that you've approved collaborator access.
