Predictive Offer - Launch (Klaviyo)

You can independently launch Predictive Offer for your store once the Black Crow team confirms the setup is complete. Be sure to review the popups and welcome flows before setting them live: the Black Crow versions should be duplicates of your currently live popup/welcome flow, but with slightly different triggering rules and filters.

Turning on Popups in the Klaviyo Platform

1. Log in your Klaviyo account
2. Go to Sign-up Forms
3. Look for the unit with - Black Crow in the name
   1. That is the Black Crow popup unit setup by the Black Crow team
4. Set all Black Crow popups live
   1. Depending on your current setup, there can be one or two Black Crow popups - usually one for Desktop and one for Mobile devices. Be sure to set them both live.

NOTE: Turning on the popups in Klaviyo will not actually cause them to trigger - this merely allows them to be triggered by our code. Predictive Offer must ALSO be activated in the Black Crow portal (steps below).

Turning on Flows in the Klaviyo Platform

1. Go to Flows in the Klaviyo platform
2. Search for Black Crow or Predictive Offer and look for the Welcome flows
3. Set the Black Crow Welcome flow live
   1. Check if the live messages in the Black Crow flow match the ones in your current live Welcome flow  

Turning on Predictive Offer in the Black Crow Portal

To turn on Predictive Offer, check the Active toggle for that URL pattern:

1. 1. Navigate to Settings > Product Settings (or click here)
      
   2. Click Manage under "Predictive Offer (Welcome Flow).
   3. If the toggle is to the right and says "Active"
      
      1. Predictive Offer in already on, no further action needed
   4. If the toggle is to the left and says "Disabled"
      1. Click on it
      2. The toggle should now say that is "Active"
