In this case, if you just want to take advantage of the predicted timing of events like Subscription, Replenish and Cross Sell but not use the personalized storefront, you'll have to make updates to where the links in the messages go so they no longer go to Black Crow AI's personalized storefront for the user.
You can update these links by following these steps in Yotpo:
- Login to Yotpo.
- Go to SMS & Email > Flows and Automations > My Flows.
- Search for "Black Crow - Predictive" and click on Edit into the appropriate flows (e.g. "Black Crow - Predictive Cross Sell").
For each SMS message:
- Click on the message.
- Click on the x to delete the tag Landing Page Url.
- In Personalization tags, click on +36 (the number may be different from brand to brand)
- Scroll down to Codes, there if:
- Predictive Cross Sell, select the tag Recommended Product Pdp Url
- Predictive Replenishment or Subscribe, select the tag Prior Purchased Product Pdp Url
- Predictive Cross Sell, select the tag Recommended Product Pdp Url
For each Email message:
- Click on the message and on Edit design.
- Click on the x to delete the tag Landing Page Url or the other tag for recommended product or prior purchased.
- Click on the email text and on the top menu bar that appears, click on the brackets next to to the emoji icon
- Type "pdp" in the search box , if:
- Predictive Cross Sell, select the tag Recommended Product Pdp Url
- Predictive Replenishment or Subscribe, select the tag Prior Purchased Product Pdp Url
After changing the tags for each message, save the flow.
