Should I turn off my evergreen popup when launching Predictive Offer?
No, you should keep your evergreen popup and welcome flow active. Predictive Offer is a solution meant to run alongside your own popup and flows, so please don't deactivate it.
What creative should I use for the Black Crow popup?
Your Black Crow popup will have the same creative as your evergreen/currently active popup.
How many welcome popups will show in a single session?
Two at most: Evergreen and if eligible, Black Crow Predictive offer.
How often will the Black Crow popup display compared to the Evergreen popup?
Depends on the site but we tend to see only ~10-15% of sessions will see the second Black Crow popup as the custom model identifies users that are likely to submit their information after closing out the first evergreen popup.
During Promo periods we usually pause flows - would we pause Predictive Offer?
Setting the Black Crow Welcome Flow to draft/inactive in your platform will have it stop sending emails/SMS-messages, but it does not turn off Black Crow's Predictive Offer popup.

Can you setup Predictive Offer while I run an A/B test on my NEW popup?
Unfortunately we can’t support setting up Predictive Offer while you run an A/B test in your new popup. In this case, we recommend pausing Predictive Offer and, once you have a winner design, reach out to Black Crow so we can set up Predictive Offer again.
My new popup has only an exit-intent trigger, can you still setup Predictive Offer?
