Predictive Offer - Launch (Yotpo)

You can independently launch Predictive Offer for your store once the Black Crow team confirms the setup is complete. Be sure to review the popups and welcome flows before setting them live: the Black Crow units should be duplicates of your currently live popup/welcome flow, but with slightly different triggering rules and filters.

Note: please don't deactivate your original forms and flows while launching Predictive Offer. This solution is meant to run alongside your original forms and flows.

Step 1: Turning on Flows in the Yotpo Platform

1. Navigate to Flows
2. Look for the Welcome flow with - Black Crow in the name
   1. That is the Black Crow welcome flow setup by the Black Crow team
3. If you have discount codes in place for your Welcome flows
   1. Check if the discount codes are correct in the Black Crow flows
4. Set the Black Crow Welcome flow live
   1. Depending on your current setup, there can be one or two Black Crow flows - usually one for Email leads and one for SMS leads. Be sure to set them both live.

Step 2: Turning on Popups in the Yotpo Platform

1. Log in your Yotpo account and go to SMS & Email Page
2. Navigate to Audiences, then Subscribers Collection Tools
3. Look for the unit with - Black Crow in the name
   1. That is the Black Crow popup unit setup by the Black Crow team
4. Set all Black Crow popups live
   1. Depending on your current setup, there can be one or two Black Crow popups - usually one for Desktop and one for Mobile devices. Be sure to set them both live.
