1. Navigate to https://email-and-sms.yotpo.com/
2. Ensure you have switched to SMS & Email
3. Navigate to "Analytics"
4. Click on "Reports"
5. Choose the "Flows Performance" report and click "Create Report"
6. Choose desired date range and click "Create report"
7. Download your report
8. Upload your csv to your spreadsheet application of choice and create a pivot table by selecting all cells
9. Add "Name" to your Rows
10. Add "Revenue" to your Values
11. Under Filters, filter by Name and click "Clear". Then select the Black Crow flows and their Standard Flow equivalents
i.e. to understand the incremental revenue driven by Black Crow's Browse Abandonment flow, you would select the Black Crow Browse Abandonment AND the Standard Browse Abandonment flows
12. Below your pivot table:
- In column A enter Standard, Black Crow, and Incremental Revenue Lift
- Column B will be your totals
13. To calculate incremental lift:
- Sum the revenue generated by your selected Standard flows in the appropriate cell
- Sum the revenue generated by your Black Crow flows in the appropriate cell
- Divide the total Black Crow revenue by the total Standard revenue
- This percentage equals the incremental revenue generated by Black Crow flows over the selected time range
