1. Navigate to https://app.sendlane.com/dashboard
2. Navigate to Report Center
3. Choose the "Forms" report and click "Generate"
4. Choose desired date range and click "Generate"
5. Click "Downloads"
6. Download your report
7. Upload your csv to your spreadsheet application of choice and create a pivot table by selecting all cells
8. Click "Insert"
9. Click "Pivot table"
10. In your pivot table, add "form_name" to your Rows
11. Add "email_contacts" and "sms_contacts" to your Values
12. Select Add next to "Filters"
13. Filter by "form_name" and select the Standard and Black Crow Welcome forms you wish to compare
14. Click "OK" once the forms are selected
15. Calculate % increase in Email and SMS leads by dividing the Black Crow values by the Standard values
