Sendlane: Black Crow Incremental Flow Revenue

1. Navigate to https://app.sendlane.com/dashboard

2. Navigate to Report Center

3. Choose the "Email and SMS Performance" report and click "Generate"

4. Choose desired date range and click "Generate"

5. Click "Downloads"

6. Download your report

7. Upload your csv to your spreadsheet application of choice and create a pivot table by selecting all cells

8. Click "Insert"

9. Click "Pivot table"

10. In your pivot table, add "automation_name" to your Rows

11. Add "total_revenue" to your Values

12. Select Add next to "Filters"

13. Filter by "automation_name"

14. Click "Clear" and select the Black Crow flows and their Standard Flow equivalents

i.e. to understand the incremental revenue driven by Black Crow's Predictive Offer Welcome flow, you would select the Black Crow Welcome flow AND the Standard Welcome flows

15. Below your pivot table:

1. In column A enter Standard, Black Crow, and Black Crow Incremental Revenue Lift
2. In column B enter Total

16. To calculate incremental lift:

1. Sum the revenue generated by your selected Standard flows in the appropriate cell
2. Sum the revenue generated by your Black Crow flows in the appropriate cell
3. Divide the total Black Crow revenue by the total Standard revenue
4. This percentage equals the incremental revenue generated by Black Crow flows over the selected time range
