The Analytics section has the Customer Insight dashboard which includes two sections i) Order Cohorts, and ii) LTV:
- Order Cohorts:
This section allows users to analyze order data by various cohorts (e.g., by week, product, or sales channel) to gather insights such as order count, revenue, average order value (AOV), and predicted lifetime value (pLTV) for new customers. Metrics like discounts and new vs. returning customer data provide further depth to understand customer behavior over time.
- LTV:
This view displays customer lifetime value growth over time by cohort, allowing for analysis of LTV across different periods (monthly, weekly, quarterly) and by dimensions like product or marketing channel. It enables brands to observe how customer lifetime value evolves after initial purchase, helping to tailor strategies by cohort behavior.
