Front Page
The Front Page Dashboard provides a high-level view for how the business is doing, based on your Shopify and connected paid channel data.
It includes two sections:
- Your Shop: An overview of Order, Revenue, and AOV data broken out by All and New Customers.
- Paid Ads: A summary of your Paid Ads performance across all of your connected channels, looking at Spend, CPA, and ROAS broken out by All and New Customers
Email + SMS Growth
The Email and SMS Growth section includes performance data on all of your Black Crow products for Email and SMS. It includes five sections:
- Overview:
Summary view of performance for all of the Black Crow Email + SMS Flows that you have live over whichever date range you select.
- Welcome Flow:
A detailed view of the Predictive Offer Welcome Flow performance relative to your business as usual Welcome Flow in both percentage and absolute terms.
- Abandonment Flows:
A detailed view of the Abandonment flow performance relative to your business as usual Welcome Flow in both percentage and absolute terms. Includes Site abandonment, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, and checkout abandonment.
- Repurchase Flows:
The Repurchase Flows section provides a more detailed view of performance for your Predictive Repurchase Flows (Replenishment, Cross Sell, and Subscribe).

Abandonment Storefronts:
Sign up for our new Abandonment Storefronts beta to help increase your abandonment flow conversion rates and revenue by simply updating a single link in your existing Email and SMS flows.
Paid Ads Growth
The Paid Ads Growth section includes the Acquisition Analytics dashboard as well as pages to activate and monitor our paid ads growth pack and paid ad storefronts:
- Acquisition Analytics:
See Analytics on your acquisition channels including our Web Analytics, Marketing Channel Analytics, and Multi-touch Attribution dashboards.
- Paid Ads Growth Pack
Activate our Paid Ads Growth Pack, including our enhanced CAPI, New and Returning Customer metrics, and Predictive Lifetime Value metrics.

Analytics
The Analytics section includes the Customer Insight dashboard which includes two sections:
- Order Cohorts:
This section allows users to analyze order data by various cohorts (e.g., by week, product, or sales channel) to gather insights such as order count, revenue, average order value (AOV), and predicted lifetime value (pLTV) for new customers. Metrics like discounts and new vs. returning customer data provide further depth to understand customer behavior over time.
- LTV:
This view displays customer lifetime value growth over time by cohort, allowing for analysis of LTV across different periods (monthly, weekly, quarterly) and by dimensions like product or marketing channel. It enables brands to observe how customer lifetime value evolves after initial purchase, helping to tailor strategies by cohort behavior.
Settings
The Settings section lets you configure and manage all of your Black Crow product suite and portal dashboards:
- Product Settings: Make configuration changes to the products you have live, update creatives, or schedule creative updates directly in the portal.
- Integrations: Manage which platforms you have connected and connect additional Email + SMS platforms or Paid Channels.
- Reports: Schedule automated performance reports to get sent directly to your email inbox and manage the frequency of delivery.
- Users: If you are your business admin, you can add or remove users to give access the portal and set their permissions.
