The Front Page Dashboard provides a high-level view for how the business is doing, based on your Shopify and connected paid channel data. It includes two sections:
- Your Shop: An overview of Order, Revenue, and AOV data broken out by All and New Customers.
- Paid Ads: A summary of your Paid Ads performance across all of your connected channels, looking at Spend, CPA, and ROAS broken out by All and New Customers
Your Shop:
The Your Shop section aggregates your Shopify data to provide an overview of Order, Revenue, and AOV data broken out by All and New Customers. It also includes predicted LTV for all your new customers based on your own predictive model from Black Crow. You can filter down to specific Sales channels or use your tags to include or exclude specific slices of data.
Key Metrics:
- Orders: All Customer Orders
- Revenue: Gross sales - discounts + tax + shipping. All customers.
- AOV: Revenue / orders. All customers.
- New Customer Orders: New Customer Orders only
- New Customer Revenue: Gross sales - discounts + tax + shipping. New customers only.
- New Customer AOV: Revenue / orders. New customers only.
- New Customer Rate: New customer orders / all orders.
- New Customer Predicted LTV: Black Crow's proprietary LTV prediction, generated for each of your store's new customers in real-time. Inclusive of a customer's initial purchase; prediction is for the following six months, and is trained off of your historical Shopify data and real-time browsing data. Online/Meta/TikTok store orders, new customers only.
- Refunds: Refunds on the date they were processed, regardless of the order date.
Paid Ads:
The Paid Ads section provides a summary of your Paid Ads performance across all of your connected channels, looking at Spend, CPA, and ROAS broken out by All and New Customers. This dashboard will only feature data from Paid Channels that you've connected through our integrations page.
Key Metrics:
- Total Ad Spend: Spend across all connected ad platforms; see our Integrations page for connected platforms and integration links. Spend is converted to the shop's currency.
- Blended CPA:Total ad spend / orders.
- Blended ROAS: Revenue / total ad spend.
- MER: Media efficiency ratio: total ad spend / revenue.
- New Customer Blended CPA: Total ad spend / orders, new customers only.
- New Customer Blended ROAS: Revenue / total ad spend, new customers only.
- Profit: Revenue - total ad spend - refunds - cost of goods sold. Cost of goods sold must be populated in Shopify to be included.
- Profit Margin: (Revenue - total ad spend - refunds - cost of goods sold) / revenue. Cost of goods sold must be populated in Shopify to be included.
