Switching your Welcome Form

Changing your welcome form is a simple process that you can manage at your convenience. There are two key aspects to this process:

1. Creating your new welcome form in your owned marketing platform (Klaviyo/Attentive).
2. Updating Black Crow's product settings, so that we know which flow to trigger/collect data for.

Note: This process explicitly deals with switching to a new form. Another option you may prefer is to simply edit your existing form, which doesn't require any additional steps to be picked up.

Step 1 - Creating your new Welcome Form

This step varies based on the platform(s) you use for your welcome form and flows. Please view the guide in question based on the platform setup you use:

Step 2 - Updating Black Crow's product settings

This step varies on whether you want to update your default/permanent form or whether you want to schedule a temporary form change (for example - a Black Friday promotional form). Please view the guide that corresponds to your use case:
