Klaviyo: How to add incentives to Predictive Repurchase messages

If the messages link to Black Crow AI’s personalized storefront for the user

1. Login to your Klaviyo account.
2. Go to Flows.
3. For each Predictive Repurchase flow where you want to add incentives:
   1. Click to edit the flow.
   2. For each message where you want to add an incentive:
      1. Click to Edit the flow message, then click “Edit email”.
      2. For each link in the message:
         1. Put your cursor on the link and click the Link button.
         2. The link will currently look like this.
         3. Add &discount= at the end followed by your discount code (if you want a static discount code, you can make one in Shopify and enter in the static code here; if you want a dynamic discount code that’s different for each user, you can make one in Klaviyo and enter that here). E.g.
         4. Click Apply.
      3. Click Save content.

Note: if you make your coupon in Klaviyo, your link should end with something like this:

&discount={% coupon_code 'CouponName' %} (where CouponName is the name of the coupon you made in Klaviyo that you want to use in this flow). More details on how Shopify brands can make unique coupons in Klaviyo are here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115006155388

If the messages link to product detail pages

1. Login to your Klaviyo account.
2. Go to Flows.
3. For each Predictive Repurchase flow where you want to add incentives:
   1. Click to edit the flow.
   2. For each message where you want to add an incentive:
      1. Click to Edit the flow message, then click “Edit email”.
      2. For each link in the message:
         1. Put your cursor on the link and click the Link button.
         2. The link will currently look something like this.
         3. Add /?discount= at the end followed by your discount code (if you want a static discount code, you can make one in Shopify and enter in the static code here; if you want a dynamic discount code that’s different for each user, you can make one in Klaviyo and enter that here). E.g.
         4. Click Apply.
      3. Click Save content.
