Overview
Sometimes, you may decide to create a brand new form for Black Crow AI's Predictive Offer instead of editing the existing one. This could be for various reasons, such as:
- Offering a new incentive to users in exchange for their contact information.
- Modifying colors, styles, or language.
These modifications may be intended as the new standard form moving forward, or they might be temporary, for instance, during a holiday season.
For information on setting a new default form, follow the instructions here. To learn how to schedule temporary changes that apply on specific dates and revert to the default afterward, see the "Changing the Scheduled Forms" section below.
Note: To be able to add, edit or remove your Scheduled Forms, they need to be rendered by either Klaviyo or Attentive platforms. If your Scheduled Forms are rendered by another platform, follow the instructions here.

Changing the Scheduled Forms
Note: You are about to update your newly created Black Crow forms. When prompted to enter details about the forms, such as your form ID, ensure that this information pertains specifically to the Black Crow forms.
If you do not have a new Black Crow form, please follow the instructions below and choose the option that aligns with your current setup:
- Predictive Offer Creative Change - Klaviyo
- Predictive Offer Creative Change - Attentive
- Predictive Offer Creative Change - Attentive + Klaviyo
Sometimes, you may decide to add, edit or remove a Scheduled Form.
Adding a New Schedule
To make temporary changes, you can create a schedule with a specific start and end date.
For each URL pattern that has a separate section in settings, you can add a schedule by following these steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Email & SMS Growth Settings (or click here)
- Click Manage under "Predictive Offer (Welcome Flow).
- Click the "Edit" button at the bottom right of the Schedule Forms card.
- Click "Add New Schedule" at the bottom right of the Schedule Forms card.

Enter the following details for the new schedule:

Name: Specify the name of the schedule.

Start Date: Choose a start date. This can be the current date or a future date.

End Date: Select an end date, which must be after the start date.

Black Crow Desktop Form ID: Enter the ID for the form to be displayed on desktops.

Black Crow Mobile Form ID: Enter the ID for the form to be displayed on mobile devices.

- Click "Add Schedule" once all the information has been correctly entered.
- If you see a warning message, it’s likely that the Form ID you entered is not valid. If you’re confident the Form ID is valid and you still see a warning message, please let support@blackcrow.ai know.
Editing a Scheduled Form
If you wish to update any information in an already scheduled form, follow these steps:
- Click the "Edit" button at the bottom right of the Schedule Forms card.
- Identify the scheduled form you want to update and click "Edit" in the right column.

Update any necessary information in the existing scheduled form, ensuring:

The end date is after the start date.

- Click "Save Changes to Schedule" to apply the updates.
Removing a Scheduled Form
If you wish to remove an already scheduled form, follow these steps:
- Click the "Edit" button at the bottom right of the Schedule Forms card.
- Identify the scheduled form you want to update and click “Remove” in the right column.
- A warning message will appear. If you are sure you want to remove the Scheduled Form, click “Yes, delete”. If you are not sure, click “No, go back”.
