How to turn On/Off Predictive Offer in the Black Crow Portal

You can independently manage the on/off setting for each URL pattern for your store.

Turning Off Predictive Offer

To turn Off Predictive Offer for a specific URL pattern, check the Active toggle for that URL pattern:

1. 1. Navigate to Settings > Product Settings (or click here)
      
   2. Click Manage under "Predictive Offer (Welcome Flow).
   3. If the toggle is to the left and says "Disabled" - It's already off. No further action is needed.
   4. If the toggle is to the right and says "Active"

 

1. 1. 1. Click the toggle to deactivate it
      2. A confirmation dialog will appear. If you are sure you want to deactivate Predictive Offer (meaning Black Crow AI's subscriber capture form will no longer be displayed), click "Yes, deactivate". Otherwise, click "No, go back"

Turning On Predictive Offer

Note: Predictive Offer had to be set up by the Black Crow AI team before turning it on.

To turn On Predictive Offer for a specific URL pattern, check the Active toggle for that URL pattern:

1. If the toggle is to the right and says "Active"
   
   1. Predictive Offer in already on, no further action needed
2. If the toggle is to the left and says "Disabled"
   1. Click on it
   2. The toggle should now say that is "Active"
