Overview
This article covers all Predictive Offer Settings available in the Black Crow Portal, their meaning and how to adjust it.
To get to the settings page for Predictive Offer:
- Navigate to Settings > Product Settings (or click here).
- Click Manage under "Predictive Offer (Welcome Flow).
Active Setting
On the top right corner, you can see the Active/Disabled toggle. This indicates if the Predictive Offer feature is active or not.
If you want to turn Predictive Offer on or off, follow the instructions here.
Default Forms
The first set of forms shown are the Default Forms; which are evergreen forms without a start or end date.
This block includes:
- Status: A "Live" flag will be shown if the Default Form is currently live. Otherwise, if a scheduled form is live, this will not be shown here.
- Platform: The platform that renders the forms.
- Name: A name for this set of forms. This can be whatever name you like. e.g. a description of what kind of incentive they provide.
- Black Crow Desktop Form ID: The form ID of the Black Crow form to show users on desktop from the platform.
- Black Crow Mobile Form ID: The form ID of the Black Crow form to show mobile users from the platform.
If you want to edit the Default Forms, follow the instructions here.
Note: To be able to edit your Default Forms, they need to be rendered by either Klaviyo or Attentive platforms.
If your Default Forms are rendered by another platform, follow the instructions here.
Scheduled Forms
This section shows forms scheduled to appear during specific time periods. If no schedules are active, the Default Forms from the previous section will be used.
The following information is shown for scheduled forms:
- Name: A name for this set of forms. This can be whatever name you like. e.g. a description of what kind of incentive they provide.
- Black Crow Desktop Form ID: The form ID of the Black Crow form to show users on desktop from the platform.
- Black Crow Mobile Form ID: The form ID of the Black Crow form to show mobile users from the platform.
- Start Date: The date you want this form to start appearing.
- End Date: The date you want this form to stop appearing.
- Platform: The platform that renders the forms.

Status:
- Live: if the form is live.
- Scheduled: if the form is scheduled to go live in the future.
- Expired: if the form's end date has passed so it's no longer live.

Note: To be able to add, edit or remove your Scheduled Forms, they need to be rendered by either Klaviyo or Attentive platforms.
