Use the Creative Change Request Form link below. Please give the Black Crow team 7 days notice to complete your request and provide all information requested in the form to limit any delays.
NOTE: If you need a creative change faster than Black Crow is able to process, you always have the option to edit the overlays that are currently live to reflect your new creative. If you have any question about which overlays are currently live with Black Crow, the Predictive Offer Portal Settings page can show you which overlays Black Crow is triggering.
