Postscript: How to make Predictive Repurchase flows link to product detail pages instead of Black Crow’s storefront

To make updates to Postscript messages so the links direct users to PDPs instead of the Black Crow AI's personalized storefront please follow the below steps:

You can update these links by following these steps in Postscript:

1. Login to Postscript.
2. Go to Messaging > Automations.
3. Search for "Black Crow" and click to drill into the appropriate flows (e.g. "Black Crow - Predictive Cross Sell").
   

For each SMS message:

1. Click on the message.  

2. Click on “Trigger Event Properties - Landingpageurl”.

3. If you want to redirect to the recommended product details page of the product that’s recommended by Black Crow AI (this is our suggestion for Cross Sell journeys if not using our storefront), select “Trigger Event Properties - Recommendedproductpdpurl”. If you want to redirect to the previously purchased product details page (this is our suggestion for Replenishment and Subscribe journeys), select “Trigger Event Properties - Priorpurchasedproductpdpdurl”.
4. Click Save on both the dialog and the Message box. When done for all messages, click Save Changes for the flow.
