Overview
Reports allows you to receive insights on a regular basis - directly to your email inbox. This could be useful for:
- Getting regular updates on the value that Black Crow products are providing
- Keeping an eye on the trend of your standard marketing flows/performance and comparing to Black Crow performance
- Understanding new available products and opportunities for growth
Setting up reports
Setting up reports is easy and quick:
- Navigate to the reports page.
- Click "Create Report" on the top right.
- Enter a report name, select a report type and enter a frequency to receive reports.
- Hit Save - your reports are now configured to send on the frequency you requested.
Managing reports
You can easily update or delete reports.
- Navigate to the reports page.
- You should see a list of your reports.
- Either click the edit button and update your reports OR tap the delete button to remove your report.
FAQ's
I can't select any report types / I only see one report type.
Currently we only have reports available for non-trial customers who use an Email / SMS products. We're working hard to expand the available set of reports to cover more use cases - including Pai
Can I set up reports for someone else in my company?

I want to disable my reports - how do I unsubscribe.
You can delete reports to stop receiving them from the Reports page in your portal.
