Sendlane - Platform Access

Please provide access to [e-mail] (see example below).

Example: myawesomeshop.com → [e-mail]

1. From the Sendlane homepage, click Account

2. Click User Management then New User

3. In the "Add a new user" popup, enter the following information:

• First name: Black Crow
• Last name: AI
• Email address: [e-mail]
• Select the "Manager" role

4. Click Confirm.

5. Please let your Black Crow AI contact know that access has been given.
