When you enter your Black Crow portal after having activated a product, you can expect to see one or more dashboards with insights about the performance of your Black Crow products. These dashboards aim to provide you with on-demand insights to help you make decisions and understand the performance of your marketing. Below we've collected a couple common questions about dashboards:
Why don't I see any dashboards in my portal navigation?
Dashboard are only active once a Black Crow product is activated. Typically this would be coordinated with your account executive or customer success manager.
I don't see a dashboard for a particular product I have. Why is that?
While we aim to provide clarity on the performance of as many of our products as possible, some products may not yet have available dashboards. Contact your success representative if you're interested in seeing a particular insight in the portal.
My dashboard doesn't reflect something that happened today. What gives?
We ingest data for our dashboards from relevant sources on a daily basis. There may be a delay up to 24 hours in displaying insights.
Where does the underlying data for these dashboards come from?
Typically the underlying data is collect by Black Crow from your first party data or platforms you've connected (ex. Klaviyo).
Why doesn't this data match what I'm seeing on a different platform (ex. Klaviyo)?
Please note that typically we ingest data from third-party platforms on a daily basis which may account for some discrepancies you see. Additionally, depending on the processing of data, what you see in the portal may not be intended to be a direct match with another platform. For more information about a particular discrepancy, please reach out to your customer success representative.
What is incremental revenue?
Incremental revenue is the additional revenue that Black Crow products and flows have helped you capture, and is in addition to your pre-existing (Business As Usual) flows. We measure incremental revenue by looking at the new flows set up specifically by Black Crow.
What is relative revenue lift?
This metric is the percentage increase to your revenue brought about by Black Crow products.
