Attentive - Platform Access

Please provide access to [e-mail] AND [e-mail] (see example below).

(Example: myawesomeshop.com → [e-mail])

1) Log into your Attentive account.

2) From the Home page, select Settings>User Account Management.

3) From the top right corner, select Add User Account.

4) In the Add New User Account popup, enter the following information:

• First name: Black Crow
• Last name: AI
• Email address: [e-mail]
• Phone number: [phone]

5) Click Add user.

6) Repeat the same process for [e-mail].

7) Please let your Black Crow AI contact know that access has been given.
